About Me

My Name is Rachel Smith

Rachel's journey of nervous system regulation began at the age of 16 when she left home to on a quest of self-discovery. Along the way, she learned various healing tools such as Breathwork and the Alexander technique, and studied nutrition at the College of Naturopic Medicine. Today, Rachel is a skilled practitioner who helps others achieve optimal health and wellness through her.
